The fantastical Spikes & Heels class has been moved to Mondays. Why? Because Mondays are awesome and you deserve to start your week setting a precedent of badassery that the rest of the week must strive to match. That’s why.

If you like to work out, sweat, pant, laugh, grunt, squat, burpee and Pilates 100 your life away for an hour, you should come on down. It gives you the kind of endorphins that shoot out of you like rainbows and make you want to hug strangers.
