Best Fitness Blogs
I started this blog back in March of this year and the response has really been incredible. I feel so lucky to have connected with so many super strong, badass like-minded foxes through sharing my fitness life here. I love that something as positive and healthy as simply being active bonds us together in such a cool way.
Anyhoo, I recently made Manfrotto’s list of Best Fitness Blogs, which is pretty awesome. The other blogs included on the list are really cool too – definitely worth checking out.
Thanks so much for riding with me on the journey thus far. Lots more to come!

Just a quick note to ask whether you would be interested in a complimentary subscription to InstructorLive (www.instructorlive.com)? I believe it would be of real interest to your readers but would love for you to try it so you can decide for yourself.
InstructorLive provides live, online, interactive fitness classes that can be done at your convenience from the comfort of your living room – all you need is a computer/tablet/internet TV, a towel and a glass of water.
The classes are great fun and a really good way to get fit. With unlimited access to the 50+ live classes per month and to all the recordings of previous live classes costing only £5.99 per month (with no contract) it is fantastic value.
All classes have been developed specially for InstructorLive and are run by qualified instructors. The plan is to increase the frequency to 12 classes a day in the coming months. Classes include: yoga; pilates; legs, bums & tums; interval training; prenatal & postnatal classes; ballet barre; aerobics; and various dance fitness classes. Subscribers can also sign up for to reminder function so that you never forget to log on to your favourite class.
Participants can see the instructor, but because the instructor can’t see them there is an instant messaging chat box on screen allowing participants to ask questions and to chat to one another. InstructorLive is proving very popular with parents who need to be flexible with their limited free time, with those who are self conscious about exercising in public and with those for whom the gym doesn’t work because of time or money. It’s also proving very popular with groups of friends who are logging on together to provide a mutually supportive atmosphere, encouraging and motivating one another.
Example video classes can be found and a video about how the service works can be on http://www.instructorlive.com.
I look forward to hearing whether you think InstructorLive would be relevant to your readers? and whether you would like a complimentary membership?

I would recommend “Amiigo” as one of the upcoming fitness wearable tech item. Its got a brilliant design, composed of thermoplastic elastomers and stainless steel. The best thing is it is waterproof. So you can now go out to a water park and get measured your enjoyment in points from Amiigo. All you beach surfers can now wear this band and another one on your leg and get amazing fitness information while surfing for hours. How good does it feel to end your beach surfing by knowing you have scored more then the other surfers on your beach. Happy surfing!!
Nice info.
congratulation.
